The location of the accommodation was great, with beautiful surroundings and close proximity to a hermitage. I appreciated that I was able to check-in early and start my weekend getaway without any delays.
There were some negative aspects to my stay. the bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell, which made the experience quite unpleasant.

The location of the hotel is perfect for ski enthusiasts, as it is conveniently close to the slopes. the rooms are clean and cozy, with a special area for sport equipment. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning and can count on the staff for any assistance they may need.
The communication with the staff can be challenging as they do not speak fluent English or German.

Spent Xmas in a cozy accommodation with amazing views of snowy mountains. the area was perfect for winter sports and hiking, with ski slopes and trails nearby. Enjoyed the restaurant's delicious traditional food and the welcoming staff. the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds and great heating. the accommodation was also close to a local church where we enjoyed attending Xmas mass.
The bathroom had a bad odor and the hot water wasn't consistent. There was also some miscommunication since the staff spoke limited English and German and we had trouble understanding each other.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic, being so close to the ski slopes. It made it incredibly convenient for me to hit the slopes bright and early each morning. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of having a balcony. I loved being able to step outside and take in the beautiful mountain views.
The hotel could benefit from improving their cleaning services.
